About the Project:

A major general contractor (top #15 ENR ranking) seeks an experienced Project Executive to help lead a large-scale data center construction project ($1 Billion) in Racine, Wisconsin. This is a unique opportunity to oversee a complex and high-profile project that will significantly impact on the tech space in the region.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide overall leadership and direction for the project, ensuring successful delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Collaborate with a diverse team of project managers, engineers, and other professionals to develop and execute comprehensive project plans.
  • Manage client relationships and ensure effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Oversee all aspects of project execution, including design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
  • Drive financial performance, ensuring cost control and adherence to budget.
  • Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field (preferred).
  • 12+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale construction projects. Experience in Mission-Critical is ideal.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Expertise in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
  • Familiarity with data center construction and relevant industry standards.
