Position Overview: The Internal Support Coordinator provides essential support and partnership to the WW Retail Engagement + Marketing (REM) team. This role is pivotal in coordinating logistics such as technologies, supplies, budget, and organization for the REM teams. With a passion for systems, logistics, processes, communication, and a willingness to support others, the Internal Support Coordinator ensures the smooth day-to-day operations and success of the WW REM Team. This position involves managing and tracking resources, timelines, budgets, and communications across diverse and sometimes global teams within the organization.


This is an 8-month contract role onsite based in Cupertino, CA with a pay range of $41.00-$44.16/hour.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and deploy images for Macs and iOS devices
  • Pack and ship technology, supplies, and materials
  • Produce budget forecasts and actuals in line with company guidelines
  • Perform administrative tasks, including PO creation and ordering of equipment, software, and supplies
  • Source new vendors and collaborate with existing vendors supplying goods and services
  • Manage and track resources, timelines, budgets, and communications across diverse teams
  • Perform other duties as assigned


Key Skills:

  • Knowledge of Mac OS X and iOS, including mass deployment using NetBoot on OS Server
  • Proficient at managing multiple projects and priorities in a results-driven environment; able to work exceptionally well under pressure
  • Solutions-driven in challenging situations with a keen ability to deliver optimal results
  • Exceptional organization and documentation skills
  • Independent and self-motivated
  • Skilled at developing relationships quickly; respected and trusted partner

  • Prior experience with Apple procedures and systems required


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator


The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $41.00-$44.16/hour. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
