SUMMARY

We are looking for a Director of Global Supply Chain who will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of the supply chain operations, from supply and demand planning to logistics, SI&OP, supply chain analytics, materials management, purchasing, warehousing, distribution, and scheduling. This role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in end-to-end supply chain management of day to day operations within a highly regulated, electromechanical manufacturing industry.


The Director of Global Supply Chain will have these responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive supply and demand planning strategies to forecast and ensure optimal inventory levels

• Oversee global logistics operations to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and standards

• Establish strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors, negotiating contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms and pricing while maintaining quality standards

• Lead the SI&OP process to align sales forecasts with production and inventory plans, driving continuous improvement and overall supply chain performance

• Implement and utilize supply chain analytics to drive data-driven decision-making by identifying trends and risks to optimize the supply chain

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on supply chain performance.

• Prepare and present regular reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management, providing insights into procurement performance, cost savings, and other relevant metrics

• Oversee materials management activities, including procurement, inventory control, and materials planning

• Lead the purchasing function to ensure the acquisition of high-quality materials at competitive prices.

• Manage warehousing operations to optimize space utilization and inventory accuracy


The Director of Global Supply Chain has the following qualifications:

• Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree w/ 8-12 years of E2E Supply Chain Management experience

• 4+ years of exceptional people management and team leadership experience

• Must have experience in a highly regulated, electromechanical manufacturing industry

• ERP/MRP Systems experience is required
