Key Responsibilities:
- Curate and execute an extraordinary menu that reflects the restaurant’s vision and targets Michelin-star recognition.
- Lead and inspire the kitchen team, ensuring seamless daily operations and adherence to top culinary standards.
- Source premium ingredients, blending authentic flavors with innovative techniques.
