Position: Vice President Sales and Marketing

As the leader of our Sales and Marketing organization you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth, market share expansion, and brand development within the aerospace-defense industry. You will be a key member of the PAH leadership team and play a pivotal role in developing and nurturing key client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, providing strategic direction to the sales and marketing teams, and assist in identifying additional acquisition opportunities that strengthen the PAH portfolio.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans that capitalize on the unique capabilities and value proposition of the four PAH businesses.

- Execute the sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals in alignment with the company's overall objectives.

- Lead, mentor, and motivate the site general managers to achieve individual and collective targets, fostering a high-performance culture focused on customer satisfaction and business growth.

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, strategic partners, and industry stakeholders to identify market trends, customer needs, and emerging opportunities.

- Develop and implement robust processes for the Sales and Marketing function including pipeline management, quoting, sales performance management, and sales operations.

- Conduct market research and analysis to assess the competitive landscape, identify market segments, and develop targeted marketing campaigns and product positioning strategies.

- Drive the development of sales collateral, promotional materials, and digital marketing initiatives to effectively communicate the value proposition and differentiate the company's products and services in the marketplace.

- Monitor sales Key Performance Indicators including, pipeline development, opportunity capture, backlog health and customer feedback to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of sales and marketing

- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance visibility, build relationships, and generate leads for new business opportunities.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

- 10 years sales experience (5 years must have been in aerospace and defense) and a proven track record of success in sales and marketing leadership roles within the aerospace manufacturing industry, with a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer requirements, and industry trends AS 9100 experience preferred

- Strong mix of relationship and execution focus with the ability to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.

- Must be a US person (ITAR customers)

- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed to support business development activities and customer engagements.

Reports directly to PAH CEO and functional report to CFO

25% out of state travel and 25% local customer/PAH sites visits
