Job Summary and Qualifications
  • Works collaboratively with North Texas facility executive leadership to develop, document, and coordinate long-range strategy development and execution of plans for growth, expansion of services and facilities.
  • Builds consensus among key stakeholders across the organization in support of these strategies and plans.
  • Assesses programmatic strengths and weaknesses and facilities recommendations that are in line with the company's standards and objectives.
  • Facilitates service line planning across the Division with Hospital and Division leadership
  • Identifies and assesses business opportunities which may include the evaluation of potential mergers and acquisitions.
  • Works with Decision Support to obtain and analyze data regarding:

  • Leads the development of the Division Strategic Plan each year and updates throughout the year
  • Conducts special studies to evaluate and develop new programs and services.
  • Aligns development and strategic planning with marketing, physician sales and physician recruiting.
What qualifications you will need:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • A minimum of 7 years related experience progressively responsible experience in health care industry to include demonstrated success in an administrative capacity with responsibilities related to strategy and business development required.
  • Master's in Healthcare or Business Administration required.
