Job Summary and Qualifications- Works collaboratively with North Texas facility executive leadership to develop, document, and coordinate long-range strategy development and execution of plans for growth, expansion of services and facilities.
- Builds consensus among key stakeholders across the organization in support of these strategies and plans.
- Assesses programmatic strengths and weaknesses and facilities recommendations that are in line with the company's standards and objectives.
- Facilitates service line planning across the Division with Hospital and Division leadership
- Identifies and assesses business opportunities which may include the evaluation of potential mergers and acquisitions.
- Works with Decision Support to obtain and analyze data regarding:

- Leads the development of the Division Strategic Plan each year and updates throughout the year
- Conducts special studies to evaluate and develop new programs and services.
- Aligns development and strategic planning with marketing, physician sales and physician recruiting.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- A minimum of 7 years related experience progressively responsible experience in health care industry to include demonstrated success in an administrative capacity with responsibilities related to strategy and business development required.
- Master's in Healthcare or Business Administration required.
