Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Manager at our location in Itasca, IL. The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, hiring, employer branding, and conducting interviews.


Qualifications

  • Talent acquisition experience of 2 years, including full-life cycle recruiting and interviewing
  • Strong understanding of employer branding and the ability to attract top talent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and knowledge of HR Laws
  • Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and other stakeholders
  • Experience in the transportation and logistics industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field


Duties

  • Design, plan and execute employer branding activities
  • Create a sustainable talent acquisition strategy
  • Perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecast
  • Plan procedures for improving the candidate experience
  • Assess the needs of current employees
  • Conduct employee satisfaction surveys
  • Visit career and job fairs at schools or universities
