Facilities Operations Manager

Insight Global is looking for a General Manager to join their property management client's team full time in Bronx, NY. The General Manager oversees the daily operations of a large condominium complex, ensuring the property is well-maintained, financially sound, and compliant with all regulations. This role involves managing staff, coordinating with residents, and implementing policies set by the condominium board.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of the property.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Conduct regular property inspections
- Develop and manage the annual budget.
- Prepare and present financial reports to the board.
- Hire, train, and supervise on-site staff.
- Coordinate with contractors and service providers.
- Ensure staff adhere to safety and operational standards.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Implement and enforce community policies and regulations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in property management or a similar role.
- Strong financial management and budgeting skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
