The General Manager oversees the daily operations of a large condominium complex, ensuring the property is well-maintained, financially sound, and compliant with all regulations. This role involves managing staff, coordinating with residents, and implementing policies set by the condominium board.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of the property.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Conduct regular property inspections
  • Develop and manage the annual budget.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to the board.
  • Hire, train, and supervise on-site staff.
  • Coordinate with contractors and service providers.
  • Ensure staff adhere to safety and operational standards.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Implement and enforce community policies and regulations.


Qualifications

  • Previous experience in property management or a similar role.
  • Strong financial management and budgeting skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
