Audemars Piguet Store Maintenance Role
As a Facilities Management Professional, you will oversee maintenance and facility projects, ensuring timely completion within budget. This role involves negotiating with vendors and contractors for national, regional, and store-level projects, prioritizing urgent needs, and coordinating with internal partners.
Main Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Organization: Develop daily and annual workflows, set priorities, and establish objectives for upcoming projects to ensure smooth execution.
- Maintenance Management: Address facility issues, engage vendors, create budgets and timelines, document contracts, and maintain follow-up with vendors to guarantee timely completion.
- Communication & Stakeholder Management: Build relationships with Store Management, keep stakeholders updated on project status, and provide regular progress updates to maintain transparency.
- Operations & Administration: Manage the maintenance budget, track vendor site visits, and maintain records of unique maintenance needs to optimize resource allocation.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure ADA code compliance, maintain safe working conditions, and coordinate with third parties for project execution to prevent potential liabilities.
- Pre-Construction Support: Assist in pre-construction activities, manage onsite construction, and work with company management to ensure projects meet company standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required; High School Diploma acceptable if accompanied by relevant experience.
- 3+ years of experience in project management or facilities maintenance, preferably with strong time management, prioritization, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with knowledge of AutoCAD an added advantage.
Compensation Package: We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $80k-$100k annually, eligible for bonus. Audemars Piguet is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
