Who We Want

We are in search of a dynamic Social Media Manager who can enhance our brand’s digital presence and engage our target audience effectively across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate is both a creative strategist and a savvy analyst, able to develop engaging campaigns that can drive engagement and convert followers into loyal customers. This role requires a deep understanding of social media analytics, content creation, and consumer behavior online.

Working with and reporting to the Marketing Director


Responsibilities 

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Tiktok to increase our brand awareness, engagement, and traffic.
  2. Craft high-quality, engaging content that reflects our brand's voice and appeals to our target audiences, including posts, videos, and live broadcasts.
  3. Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics for all social media campaigns, adapting strategies as needed to improve results.
  4. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure a cohesive social media identity and to integrate social media with all marketing efforts, including promotions, new product launches, and public relations events.
  5. Engage directly with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and addressing customer service issues swiftly.
  6. Stay current with social media trends and best practices, and integrate new tools or platforms that can enhance our social media presence and engagement.
  7. Manage social media advertising budgets and campaigns, optimizing spending based on campaign results and strategic priorities.
  8. Develop partnerships with influencers and other relevant figures to expand reach and authenticity of brand messaging.


Process

  1. Establish best practices for social media engagement and manage the creation and implementation of campaign content.
  2. Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and analyze all initiatives to report on social media ROI.
  3. Lead content creation teams in developing narrative and visual content across all channels.
  4. Oversee the day-to-day management of campaigns and ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice, and terminology.


Project

  1. Initiate innovative projects to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  2. Evaluate and implement improvements on digital strategy based on analytics and feedback.
  3. Manage and oversee various digital marketing projects from conception to execution to measurement.


People

  1. Work collaboratively with the marketing team and other departments to generate ideas and leverage opportunities across multiple platforms.
  2. Train and guide the social media team, if applicable, setting performance standards and monitoring progress.
  3. Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and responsiveness within the team, encouraging continuous learning and adaptation.


Qualifications 

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  2. At least 3-5 years of professional experience managing social media platforms for a brand or agency.
  3. Strong understanding of marketing strategy and how to effortlessly utilize these concepts throughout various forms of outreach.
  4. Excellent writing, editing, presentation, and communication skills.
  5. Proficient in using social media analytics tools and able to derive meaningful insights from complex data.
  6. Adept at graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva is highly desirable.


Preferred Qualifications

  1. Master’s degree in Digital Marketing or Social Media.
  2. Hands-on experience with social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
  3. In-depth knowledge of CRM software and Content Management Systems.
  4. Certified in Google Analytics and Facebook Blueprint certification.
