The ideal candidate will take charge of implementing, managing, and supporting the Mac OS environment and will possess extensive expertise in providing incident support, project support, and preventive maintenance.


Key Qualifications:


  • Extensive experience providing support for macOS and Windows environments
  • Proficient in Mobile Device Management (MDM) with Apple and Android
  • Skilled in troubleshooting, maintaining, and upgrading computer systems in an enterprise environment
  • Strong knowledge of security practices including Bitlocker, TPM, and FileVault
  • Experience with JAMF Pro, ServiceNow, and proactive monitoring tools
  • Experience working with third parties
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to support executive and VIP staff remotely
  • Certifications such as Jamf Certified Administrator (JCA) and Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) are a plus
  • Experience with Azure AD is a plus
