  • Program Management - Contributes to or leads a portfolio of projects including the project plan, timelines, milestones, financial management, performance metrics, and/or resource needs for complex programs. Communicates the program status and risk to relevant stakeholders and holds them accountable for following the established schedule, risk mitigation plans, and processes.
  • Business Program Evaluation and Improvement - Collects and evaluates success criteria and performance metrics and Key Performance Indicators, such as acquisition, usage, impact, effectiveness, and customer feedback, and uses scorecards and dashboards to monitor complex programs and ensure all activities align with business and program objectives. Uses data analytics to derive insights that help identify current and future program risks and mitigation plans, as well as opportunities to streamline and optimize programs based on lessons learned.
  • Directs a portfolio of 5 active, internal projects by managing weekly meetings, maintaining timelines through business analysis, and resourcing needs for complex programs daily using Azure DevOps, Copilot, & Power BI.
  • Investigates data analytics weekly to derive insights to identify current and future program risks, mitigation plans, and opportunities to optimize programs based on lessons learned.
  • Initiates cross-collaboration across the Customer Experience Engineering team and 6 other teams daily to ensure business and program objectives are aligned from specifications to product release.
  • Conveys Copilot backlog updates daily to upper management and pod using Azure DevOps and MS Excel.
  • Consolidates key performance indicators (KPIs) across 5 dashboards using Visio, PowerBI, & MS PowerPoint to communicate and visualize key insights, metrics, and program status to stakeholders.


Qualifications


  • 3+ years of Program Management experience with enterprise, or developer-focused product to external customers
  • Strong experience with project tracking tools such as Azure DevOps, MS Project, or Jira
  • Strong cross-team collaboration skills to drive clarity across a matrixed organization located in multiple geographies
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Experience with Product cycle/releases
