As this company continues to grow, they are looking to add on to this group with more exceptional talent.


We have a large amount of new and ongoing projects in the North Carolina area. Ranging from Education, Healthcare, Hospitality, and Retail. With projects being an upwards of $50 million.


Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years minimum as an assistant project manager
  • Working on education, healthcare, or commercial projects
  • Worked on projects with a value over $50 million
  • Worked for similar large GC


Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
  • Ensure adherence to company safety protocols and programs
  • Oversee and coordinate the approval process for shop drawings and submittals
  • Develop value schedules and manage billing approvals from the architect or owner
  • Work closely with the Project Manager and onsite Superintendent to ensure contract compliance
  • Prepare and monitor the project budget, including managing change orders and cost adjustments
  • Generate and track all necessary reports and logs
  • Organize and participate in project meetings and final inspections
  • Carry out additional duties as required
