Responsibilities:

Lead Management and Conversion:

  • Respond promptly to new leads via web forms, emails, and phone calls.
  • Qualify leads to ensure they match GildedBox’s target client profile.
  • Conduct initial consultations to understand potential clients' needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Present and promote GildedBox’s offerings, focusing on the unique value proposition for new clients.
  • Achieve monthly and annual revenue goals by converting new leads into active clients.

Sales Responsibilities:

  • Capture and manage client data using the CRM system.
  • Drive sales through key products, focusing on introducing new clients to the GildedBox experience.
  • Follow up on leads systematically to maximize conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies based on feedback from new clients.

Service Excellence:

  • Ensure that every new client interaction is extraordinary, delivering a memorable first experience with GildedBox.
  • Provide personalized quotes that reflect the client’s needs and GildedBox’s capabilities.
  • Work closely with the design team to create unique, customized experiences for new clients.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably with a business emphasis or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of sales experience, with a proven track record in lead conversion.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage a sales funnel systematically and efficiently.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Compensation
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $90,000+ annually when on 100% to goal, split between base salary and monthly commission.


Preferred Skills

Sales experience in the luxury gifting or fashion industry.

Understanding of the concept of corporate gifting, design, brands, and their influence

Strong consultative skills with the ability to influence and overcome objections.
