 Position Overview:


We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager - resellers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing existing relationships with locker manufacturers who are currently using our software. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base by acquiring new locker manufacturers to license our software. This position requires a candidate with strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.


 Key Responsibilities:


- Relationship Management:

  - Act as the primary point of contact for existing locker manufacturer partners, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term relationships.

  - Provide strategic advice and consultation to help partners optimize their use of our locker software to expand their business.


- Business Development:

  - Identify and pursue new business opportunities with locker manufacturers who are not yet using our software.

  - Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new reseller partners, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.


- Sales Training & Support:

  - Train and support the sales and marketing teams of locker manufacturers to effectively promote and sell products that integrate our software.

  - Assist in the onboarding process for new reseller partners, ensuring a smooth transition and successful implementation of our software.


- Market Analysis & Strategy:

  - Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the locker manufacturing industry.

  - Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and grow our presence in the industry.


- Collaboration & Communication:

  - Work closely with internal teams, including product development, customer support, and marketing, to ensure alignment and support for reseller partners.

  - Communicate feedback from reseller partners to internal teams to drive continuous improvement of our software offerings.


 Qualifications:


- Experience:

  - 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in a B2B environment.

  - Proven track record of successfully managing and growing business relationships.

  - Experience working with resellers or in the locker manufacturing industry is a plus.


- Skills:

  - Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.


- Education:

  - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.


- Other:

  - Willingness to travel as required to meet with reseller partners and attend industry events.
