Position Overview:

As a GSOC Analyst at Kellington Protection, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding our clients' assets and personnel through the effective utilization of Open Source Intelligence (OSINT), access control systems, server monitoring, asset tracking, and advanced querying techniques. In addition, you will be responsible for threat intelligence tracking of BOLO (Be On the Lookout), DNA (Do Not Admit), and POIs (Persons of Interest), as well as event monitoring through OSINT means.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze security incidents and events in real-time using various tools and systems.
  • Utilize OSINT techniques to gather intelligence and threat information from open sources.
  • Manage and maintain access control systems, ensuring proper access permissions (e.g. LenelS2, Avigilon, Genetec, Verkada, Brivo, Swiftlane, etc.)
  • Monitor and troubleshoot server monitoring systems.
  • Utilize OSINT tools for threat assessment and incident response.
  • Employ asset tracking to track and secure valuable assets.
  • Conduct advanced queries and data analysis to identify security threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to respond to and mitigate security incidents.
  • Generate detailed incident reports and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Implement threat intelligence tracking of BOLOs, DNA, and POIs.
  • Conduct event monitoring through OSINT means to proactively identify potential threats.
  • Stay updated on the latest security trends and technologies to enhance the GSOC's capabilities.


Qualifications:

  • Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience working in a Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of OSINT techniques and tools.
  • Proficiency in access control systems.
  • Familiarity with asset tracking.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment.


Schedule:

You will be working a rotating schedule of various shifts: 10-hour, 12-hour, and 8-hour shifts, including Day, Night, Overnight, Holidays, and Overtime. Weekend availability is required.
