Job Description:

  • Support the Human Resources department by onboarding new employees and ensuring a seamless integration
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires including scheduling orientations and preparing onboarding materials
  • Ensure all necessary documentation is completed and filed appropriately
  • Assist with the orientation and training of new employees, providing them with essential information about company policies and procedures
  • Maintain employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
  • Assist in preparation of reports related to HR metrics and employee performance
  • Serve as point of contact for new hires and existing employees regarding HR-related inquiries
  • Foster a positive and welcoming environment for new employees
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations within the facility
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with food safety standards
  • Provide general administrative support to management and staff including scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and managing correspondence


Qualifications:

  • AA/AS – Human Resources or related discipline
  • 3-5 years relevant HR Generalist experience that must include onboarding experience
