Job Title: Temporary Administrative Assistant


Company: Confidential Investment Advisor


Location: Century City, Los Angeles


Pay Rate: $20-25/hour


Duration: 4 months


Schedule/Hours:

  • Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
  • Friday: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM


Responsibilities:

  • 📑 Provide administrative support, including drafting documents, memos, and reports.
  • 🏢 Assist with office management and vendor coordination.
  • 💳 Handle corporate expenses through Concur.
  • 📂 Manage filing, scanning, and archiving documents.
  • 📅 Coordinate internal meetings, travel, and events.
  • 💻 Maintain KARMART Database and KAR intranet.
  • 📞 Provide backup support for Reception and Accounts Payable/Receivable.


Qualifications:

  • 📐 Experience with Microsoft Visio for space planning.
  • ✍️ Strong project coordination, writing, and communication skills.
  • 📧 Proficient in Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • 💻 Familiarity with Zoom and Teams.
