Job Description:


Summary:


The Senior Project Manager will lead projects to: move the Quality field action management process into the Track-Wise software application globally, and to re-design and streamline the Quality complaints-handling process in the Track-Wise software application globally. The Senior Project Manager drives the delivery of the projects through advanced project management techniques and methodologies, aligned with Project Management Institute (PMI) best practices. The Project Manager may have responsibility to lead/coach/mentor other team members, functional leaders, and vendors where necessary to help drive project outcomes.



Managers Note:

Candidate must have experience with Quality complaints-handling process in the Track-Wise software application globally and have Quality field action management process. Candidate should've experience with Project Delivery and Stakeholder Management with strong understanding of PMI Guidelines. Must have minimum 5 to 7 years regulatory industry experience. Someone with experience in migrating data from salesforce to Track-wise application.



Key Skills, Experience, & Responsibilities


  • 7 – 10 years senior project management experience using PMI guidelines.
  • Partners with project sponsors and stakeholders to define project objectives and business case.
  • Takes ownership for delivering project objectives and deliverables.
  • Drives project execution to meet project schedule, cost and quality requirements.
  • Ability to handle ambiguity effectively and manage multiple complex, highly-visible projects at once, and in parallel.
  • Establishes project governance structures and defines processes for reporting, review, and approval of project objectives and deliverables.
  • Liaise between the IT, cross-functional business teams, and multiple vendors to ensure successful delivery of projects with technology and business process components.
  • Experience with executive-level communications, written & oral.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, MS Teams, MS Project).
  • Experience managing projects that involve software applications such as Track-Wise, SAP, Salesforce (SFDC), and MuleSoft, multiple system integrations, and the implications associated with their respective release cycles and schedule constraints.
  • Familiarity with working in a regulated environment (GxP), including ensuring audit preparation/documentation is completed and compliant.
  • Experience managing projects that include IT software development activities that follow the traditional Software Development Life Cycle (design, development, testing, UAT, deployment activities).

  • Demonstrated experience managing/leading projects from initiation through closure.
  • Skilled in establishing detailed definition of scope, schedule, resources, and budget using standard project management processes, tools, and templates (MS Project/SharePoint/etc.).
  • Experienced in establishing various Management Plans for key Knowledge Areas: Schedule, Scope, Resource, Finance/Budget, Stakeholder, Risk/Issue, etc.
  • Experienced in establishing and ensuring adherence to governance/controls for project change control, and project status/progress reporting.
  • Proactive in identifying and collaboratively addressing risks and issues.
  • Ability to engage Project Team and stakeholder community/sponsorship to address risks and issues in a timely manner.

Qualifications


Minimum Requirements (Must Haves)

7 years of project management work experience using PMI guidelines.



Preferred


  • PMP, or other PMI Certification, or equivalent.
  • BS in Business Administration, Computer Sciences, Engineering, or related degree that provide foundational skills that foster success in managing projects.
  • Experience or background managing projects in the medical device industry that involve the Quality function, especially Quality field actions and complaints, and the Track-Wise software application.
