Newtown, United States Profero Full time

Are you a courageous, trustworthy Project Manager with biopharmaceutical industry experience?

At Profero, we know access marketing isn’t easy. But it should be simple. That’s why Profero focuses on three distinct areas of access marketing: where & how patients can receive treatment (access), how products & medication get to sites of care (fulfillment), and who pays for products & medication (affordability). We partner with biopharm marketers to tackle complex access & fulfillment challenges and help them meet aggressive brand goals.

What differentiates Profero from other access marketing companies? The answer is simple: the quality of our team and strength of our culture. As a Proferian, you’ll join a group of resilient, intellectually curious access enthusiasts based out of our office in Newtown, PA. Emotionally intelligent people who are invested in their individual growth and the collective growth of the team thrive at Profero.

About the role

We’re looking for a full-time Project Manager with multiple years of biopharmaceutical experience. This role is responsible for collaboration with cross-functional partners to assure that internal resources are being wisely applied, that SOPs are honored, and all projects entered in Profero’s project management system are delivered on schedule. This role will coordinate cross-functional communication to facilitate and manage day-to-day project needs to keep them on time and on budget.

This candidate will help foster the health of the team by:

  • Proactively building trust & respect to encourage transparent, timely communication
  • Providing visibility to the leadership team on staffing needs to ensure equitable distribution of work
  • Identifying potential obstacles and working with the team to solve them
  • Understanding when to make decisions independently and when to escalate issues/decisions to a manager
  • Demonstrating the ability to balance competing demands and to appropriately delegate responsibilities
  • Growing product management talent by providing regular feedback and support

This candidate will help increase productivity by:

  • Orchestrating cross-functional communication on project management to assure milestones are clear & met
  • Modeling an appropriate sense of urgency to deliver results and move forward
  • Utilizing available resources to advise of opportunities and risks to project deliverables
  • Managing and/or delegating day-to-day operational aspects of projects to keep them moving forward
  • Demonstrating a sense of urgency with team in meeting deadlines for deliverables
  • Documenting SOPs for recurring projects to streamline knowledge transfer and future team transitions
  • Preparing status and summary project reports for project stakeholders
  • Setup and updating project workflows and keeping projects on track and partners informed
  • Leading promotional review submissions and exchanging of comments in review systems (i.e. iMedical Review)
  • Providing recommendations for process efficiencies and workflow improvements
  • Providing consistent, concise communication on progress of project milestones and alignment with scope of work

This candidate will help grow profitability by:

  • Demonstrating understanding of how a project is profitable and how it aligns to Profero business priorities
  • Acknowledging and sharing best practices of project management, facilitation, and project planning
  • Working with the cross-functional Proferians to identify potential obstacles and solve them
  • Influencing business meetings and contribute ideas to enhance Profero solutions
  • Demonstrating discipline to keep the team aligned to agreements in the creative brief at kickoff and throughout the life of a project
  • Leading through change to support the development of exceptional process management and project delivery
