Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on commercial construction.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction documents.
  • Familiarity with regulatory construction standards.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Project.
  • Prior experience with project management software, such as Procore, is a plus.
  • OSHA 30 Certification is a plus.
