Position Overview:

We are currently in search of a proficient and committed Scientific Project Manager to become part of our vibrant Pre Clinical team. In this capacity, you will oversee the order fulfillment processes and guarantee client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with external clients through various communication methods
  • Develop and refine standard operating procedures and training documentation
  • Execute immunohistochemistry (IHC) techniques on tissue specimens
  • Spearhead initiatives for process enhancement
  • Produce detailed reports regarding inventory, shipping, and order status

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in molecular biology or cell biology
  • Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Experience in IHC, biomarker research, microscopy, and related disciplines
  • Familiarity with automated IHC and IF platforms is advantageous
  • Exceptional attention to detail and compliance with protocols
  • Strong communication skills for resolving cross-departmental issues
  • Knowledge of handling human specimens and medical privacy regulations
  • Availability for a flexible schedule
