What you will do:


  • Lead and oversee all branch operations
  • Supervise technicians and installation crews
  • Maintain inventory levels needed to match the inside and outside sales efforts
  • Drive business through ongoing networking and community engagement efforts
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and processes by collaborating with the main office
  • Follow the EOS model of business
  • Lead team and company culture
  • Stay current with competitors, pricing, and market
  • Manage budget, forecasting, and P&L


What you will need to be successful:


  • 7+ years in leadership, general manager, or an operations-related role
  • Experience in industrial service or a related industry
