Administrative Support Rep

Responsibilities:

  • Perform high-level administrative tasks, including data entry, creating emails, and organizing information.
  • Document and organize customer feedback and insights accurately.
  • Generate and maintain detailed reports based on various metrics.
  • Utilize MS Office tools (Excel, OneNote, Word, Outlook) to manage and report data effectively.
  • Call customers to assess their satisfaction with our products, services, and events as a secondary responsibility.
  • Collaborate with team members to share feedback and insights.
  • Manage and prioritize tasks independently in a remote work setting.
  • Adapt to a flexible schedule as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, OneNote, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent administrative skills, including data entry and report creation.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Experience in a fast-paced work setting.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Team player with a collaborative attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in administrative roles.
  • Experience in customer service or client satisfaction roles is a plus.
  • Ideal for an individual who excels in administrative tasks and can work independently in a fast-paced environment.
