Customer Service and Order Management Specialist

Primary Services is excited to announce a Customer Service and Order Management Specialist role. In this role, you will provide excellent customer service, manage orders efficiently, and ensure seamless communication with stakeholders. Leverage your experience in B2B customer service and ERP systems to excel in this dynamic, detail-oriented position.


Responsibilities

  • Manage material orders for service jobs, coordinating with purchasing to confirm part availability.
  • Enter sales orders, process invoices, and maintain accurate order data using ERP systems.
  • Create and review work orders and job documentation, including for emergency service calls.
  • Generate quotes and process domestic and international parts orders while ensuring compliance with export regulations.
  • Provide administrative support, including managing documents, tracking logs, and other daily tasks.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, offering timely updates on orders and services.


Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems for order entry and invoicing.
  • Strong multitasking skills with the ability to work efficiently across multiple programs.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel.
  • Typing speed of 60+ words per minute to meet job demands.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and strong follow-through.
  • Familiarity with export compliance is a plus.
  • Experience in the oil and gas industry is preferred.
