Key Responsibilities:

Amazon Account Management:

  • Manage and maintain the company's Amazon seller account, ensuring all product listings are accurate and up to date.
  • Monitor account health and address any account-related issues promptly.

Product Listing and Optimization:

  • Create and optimize product listings with high-quality images, compelling product descriptions, and relevant keywords to maximize discoverability and conversion rates.
  • Ensure that all product listings comply with Amazon's guidelines and policies.
  • Create and optimize product listings to enhance visibility, conversion rates, and customer engagement.

Pricing and Competitive Analysis:

  • Monitor and adjust pricing strategies to remain competitive within the Amazon marketplace.

Amazon Marketing Services:

  • Analyze competitors and market trends to identify opportunities for pricing adjustments
  • Develop and manage Amazon advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and video ads) to maximize ROI, including promotions and discounts.
  • Setup and maintain brand registry, store-front creation and optimization, case management and additional marketing service programs such as posts and email marketing.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as ROAs, ACoS, click-through rates, conversion rates, and overall campaign performance.

Client Management:

  • Provide strategic recommendations and insights to clients for improving their Amazon presence and sales.
  • Stay informed about Amazon algorithm updates, industry trends, and changes in best practices to adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their unique goals, challenges, and target audiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce and Amazon trends to maintain a competitive advantage

Performance Analytics:

  • Utilize data and analytics tools to assess sales performance, track key metrics, and generate actionable insights.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales, trends, and performance to the management team.

Collaboration:

  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop synergistic e-commerce strategies.
  • Work closely with the marketing, logistics, and product teams to coordinate efforts and improve the Amazon sales channel.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or equivalent experience.
  • 1 to 2 years' experience in managing Amazon advertising campaigns and optimizing product listings.
  • Deep knowledge of Amazon's Seller Central and Vendor Central platforms.
  • Proficiency in Amazon Advertising Console and keyword research tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and client management skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as in a collaborative team environment.
  • Certifications in Amazon advertising and e-commerce platforms are a plus.
