The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.


**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Project Management:** Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of water/wastewater treatment plant projects, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and budgets.

- **Team Leadership:** Manage and mentor project teams, including engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

- **Budget Management:** Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met and identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

- **Client Relations:** Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.

- **Regulatory Compliance:** Ensure all projects comply with relevant environmental and safety regulations, including local, state, and federal guidelines.

- **Risk Management:** Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

- **Reporting:** Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.


**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing water or wastewater treatment plant projects.

- Proven experience in budget management and cost control.

- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements related to water and wastewater treatment.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
