Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Patient Service Representative. The Representative will be responsible for scheduling appointments, patient service, phone etiquette, insurance verification, checking in/out patients, medical records, and medical office duties. The role requires strong communication and organizational skills to ensure efficient patient service.
Qualifications
- One year minimum experience in appointment scheduling and medical office procedures
- Expertise in phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Insurance verification experience
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in computer skills, including electronic medical records
- Teachable attitude
- Team player
- Experience in dermatology a plus
- Experience in Modernizing Medicine (EMA) is a plus
- Pay Scale: $16.00 to $19.00
