We’re hiring a GTM Recruiter to join our Embedded team on contract with the opportunity to convert to full-time. You will get to work closely with our startup clients to build and execute recruiting strategies to make mission-critical hires.


How will your time be spent?


  • Working alongside our clients, as an extension of the team. No more roadblocks or lines of communication to break through to make progress.
  • Building niche talent pipelines across GTM functions with a heavy emphasis on Sales (Account Executives, Account Managers, etc).
  • Managing all active candidate relationships throughout the interview process from introduction to offer.
  • Taking a consultative lens to assess and improve the recruiting process by identifying gaps.
  • Digging into the market Learn trends, talent hot spots, and any intelligence that will help us show up better for our clients.
  • Working on your personal development. That’s right, we want to dedicate time weekly for you to grow your personal brand, extend your network, and get even more skilled in the Talent space.


What do we hope you bring to the table?

  • 3+ years of Full-cycle recruiting in the tech space (in-house or embedded preferred)
  • Experience being part of a fast-paced startup or growing company (bonus for B2B SaaS) delivering on rapid headcount growth.
  • Expertise in running targeted and efficient sourcing campaigns to maximize candidate conversion.
  • Understanding of recruiting/sales tools: LinkedIn Recruiter, GEM, HubSpot, and ATS (Greenhouse/Lever/Ashby, etc)
  • Curiosity - An ability to learn new ways of searching, new networks to tap into, and ways to engage talent.
  • A strong sense of urgency – you move fast when new tasks are handed to you and can stand behind your success metrics.
  • An ability to be consistent and strong attention to detail – you don’t miss a thing
  • Analytical with an ability to spot patterns and fast ways of doing things in order to drive efficiency.


Compensation details:

Contract Length: 90 days with opportunity for extension and/or conversion to full-time.

Contract rate: $55-65/hour
