The Full Cycle Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring the best talent. - Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline by engaging with passive candidates and fostering long-term relationships.
- Review resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
- Act as a point of contact for candidates, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to extend job offers and negotiate terms and conditions of employment.
- Coordinate the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing and hiring strategies.
- Provide regular updates and reports to HR leadership on recruitment progress and outcomes.
- Assist in developing and promoting the company’s employer brand to attract top talent.
- Participate in career fairs, networking events, and other recruitment activities to enhance the company’s visibility and reputation.
- Proven experience as a full cycle recruiter, preferably in veterinary medicine.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate evaluation methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software/tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of self-motivation and initiative.
