About Frontera Health and the Role:

We're seeking a highly motivated and resourceful junior recruiter to help drive the growth of our team and help us scale our clinical talent in New Mexico and Colorado. This is a critical role where your expertise will contribute directly to improving the lives of the children and families we serve. Responsibilities include scheduling and conducting initial interviews, posting job ads, and assisting the Recruiting Lead with ensuring that the hiring process runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers and recruiting lead to understand talent needs, manage the pipeline, source candidates, conduct interviews, and close offers.
  • Coordinate and schedule calls and interviews, manage calendars for hiring teams and candidates, and assist with resume screening.
  • Leverage our ATS (Greenhouse) and other data analytics tools to measure recruiting efficiency and track key metrics
  • Assisting the Lead Recruiter in sourcing candidates in hard to fill markets
  • Posting job vacancies on various job boards and social media channels
  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline

Qualifications

  • Associates or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in recruiting or recruiting coordination, ideally with a focus on healthcare or behavioral health positions.
  • Knowledge of recruiting best practices, sourcing strategies, and employment laws.
  • Experience in high-volume recruiting, managing multiple job requisitions simultaneously
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Bonus

  • Experience or knowledge of recruiting for ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) positions is highly valued

Work Schedule

  • This is a contract (1099) position, hybrid, based in Denver, Colorado

Please note that the salary information is a general guideline and the exact salary will be determined based on the individual's qualifications and experience, with consideration given to the factors listed above. All full time employee benefits include a stake in shared success through stock options, health benefits, 401(k) plan, and responsible PTO.

Expected salary range in Denver $22—$25 USD
