Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our online presence and engagement efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing our website, crafting compelling content across digital platforms, managing social media channels, executing email campaigns, and optimizing paid advertising strategies. Responsibilities:

  • Lead the maintenance and enhancement of our company website to ensure optimal user experience, relevance, and search engine visibility. Experience with WordPress is advantageous.
  • Develop and publish high-quality, engaging content across various digital channels including website, social media, email campaigns, and blogs. Maintain content calendars and ensure messaging consistency.
  • Optimize content for both search engines and user experience.
  • Manage and expand our presence on social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Monitor and respond to interactions promptly and professionally.
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, retain members, and promote products and services. Segment email lists and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
  • Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads. Monitor ROI and KPIs to ensure effective budget allocation.
  • Conduct A/B testing to refine ad creatives and targeting strategies.
  • Monitor website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign performance. Generate regular reports with actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Set up and manage Google Analytics tracking for all campaigns. Utilize data to inform marketing decisions and refine strategies.
  • Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all digital channels.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies related to data security and member confidentiality.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to implement innovative marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Three to five years of relevant experience in content creation, digital marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools, email marketing software).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong grammar and proofreading skills.
  • Basic knowledge of credit union advertising regulations.
  • Preferred skills: graphic design, WordPress content management, financial education experience.
