Equipped with a first-of-its-kind 5G network, a passion for change and the power to drive it, we'll emerge as the nation's fourth facilities-based wireless carrier and a disruptive force in the market at large.Job Duties and Responsibilities The Marketing Operations Manager, reporting to the Head of Marketing Operations and Analytics, will be responsible for strategy & planning, including goal-setting, project management, campaign tracking, as well as reporting and analytics support. You must be able to think big picture and paint a long-term vision and story one moment, and seamlessly transition to diving into the weeds across performance marketing, analytics, operations, and creativity the next. This candidate must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, lead via influence and vision, and have a "roll up your sleeves" attitude, strong bias-to-action, and entrepreneurial spirit. Key Responsibilities:Manages and directs the Marketing Operations team and ensures that innovation and trackable results are delivered through programs including digital, video, audio, creative assets, experiential, and moreDesigns and implements effective and efficient processes to enable the marketing teams to initiate and evaluate various campaigns and tacticsRecommends marketing operations initiatives based on the impact on company and department OKRsProvides strategic planning and implementation of marketing programs or projects that support Retail Wireless marketing objectives for revenue, profit, acquisition, or retentionOrganizes and aligns strategic priorities within the marketing team, ensuring that connections, communication, and collaboration are happening across the marketing team and broader Retail Wireless departmentHelps to prepare reports, presentations, and speaking points for overall strategyAdditional Qualifications/ResponsibilitiesSkills, Experience and Requirements Education and Experience:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience4+ years of relevant experience in a marketing role, preferably in marketing operations3+ years of project management and implementation experience1+ years of managing a teamApplicants with 3+ years of management experience in business operations and/or program management will be considered as a substitute for marketing experienceSkills and Qualifications:Proven history executing innovative and multi-part go-to-market programs that drive upward and downward funnel metrics Experience building and leading teams through changeExperience in marketing across multiple brands, e-commerce preferred, but not a requirementManagement of large-scale projects, including cross-functional collaborationExecutive presence to inspire confidence in internal and external stakeholdersChange agent and motivator able to achieve alignment to a shared visionHighly organized and accountableStrategic and operational; able to think through strategic challenges and build ground-up solutionsSalary RangesCompensation: $96,250.00/Year - $137,500.00/YearBenefits We offer versatile health perks, including flexible spending accounts, HSA, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, career opportunities and a flexible time away plan;
