Salary: $55,000.00.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm +/-.
JOB SUMMARY & SCOPE:
  • Execute marketing initiatives with a heavy focus on trade shows and customer events. Event responsibilities include researching venues, pricing, booking, and coordinating all logistics. Work with the Marketing team to develop promotional pieces, invitations, and any other necessary support needed to drive attendance and engagement at the event. 
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
  • Plan and execute trade shows, marketing-sponsored events to include display strategy, show management, show logistics, graphic production, product positioning, merchandising, lead capture, and post-show analysis.  
  • Plan and execute marketing events to include researching venues, pricing, booking, and coordinating all logistics. 
  • Develop invitations, presentations, and any other necessary support for events. Works with Sales team and partner contacts to drive attendance.  
  • Oversee Peak Technologies’ Executive Briefing Center in Littleton, MA
  • Manage Vendor funding prior approvals and claims process through partner online portals.
  • Partner with the Marketing team to assist in sales aid creation and development, collateral development, and production. 
  • Write, edit and create internal and external communication collateral to include emails, electronic newsletters, blogs, social media posts and website content.    
  • Assist with Lead data entry and routing.
  • Some travel required approximately 20-25%
  • Perform other duties/special projects as assigned.
EDUCATION + EXPERIENCE + KEY TRAITS:
  • Degree in Marketing or related field. Experience in lieu of degree will be considered
  • Previous marketing experience required
  • 2+ years of event and trade show coordination, management, execution and on-site experience required
  • Marketing campaign experience, digital and traditional, required
  • Proactivity and self-direction essential
  • Time management and ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills, flexibility, ability to multi-task and quickly shift priorities as directed
  • Problem-solving and decision making
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Experience with marketing automation tools like eTrigue
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of social media account management
  • Solid skills in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • NetSuite and Salesforce skills helpful
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
  • Primary language used in daily operations is English. 
  • Read and interpret documents, procedure manuals and various correspondence from both internal and external
  • Speak effectively, both individually and before groups of both external customers and/or various levels of employees within the organization
SUPERVISION:
  • This role does not include supervisory responsibilities.
DECISION MAKING + REASONING:
  • Able to take accountability and responsibility for projects and initiatives assigned.
