Job Description: Digital Marketing Specialist

Hybrid (Tuesday and Thursdays in the office) Littleton, Colorado

This is a contract to hire role - 3 months before converting to full time. This will be hourly to start.

Key Competencies and Responsibilities:


  • Website and Email Marketing: Manage and continuously improve our website to ensure it is user-friendly, up-to-date, and optimized for SEO. Use your experience with WordPress (if applicable) to enhance the online user experience. Create engaging and targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, retain members, and promote our products and services.
  • Customer Acquisition and Retention Strategy: Develop and execute innovative strategies for acquiring new customers and retaining existing ones. Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads to drive business growth and improve ROI. Optimize campaigns based on performance data.
  • Driving Business from a Digital Marketing Perspective: Create high-quality, consistent content across digital platforms, including social media, email, and blogs, to engage our audience and enhance our brand's online presence. Analyze website traffic, social media engagement, and other key metrics to refine strategies and achieve business goals.


Other Responsibilities:

  • Content Management: Develop engaging content and maintain content calendars for various digital channels. Ensure consistent messaging and branding.
  • Social Media Management: Grow and manage our social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Respond to comments, messages, and mentions professionally and timely.
  • Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze digital campaign performance, track key metrics, and create regular reports. Use data-driven insights to inform and improve marketing strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external teams to achieve credit union goals, uphold our purpose and values, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in digital marketing or related fields.
  • Three to five years of related experience in content creation, digital marketing, and paid advertising.
  • HubSpot experience preferred
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools, email marketing software).
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret data for data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
  • Basic knowledge of credit union advertising regulations and financial education (preferred).
