Job Description:

The Senior Transformation & Strategic Initiatives Leader is an exciting and dynamic opportunity to take responsibility for and deliver results in the CEO’s Project Management Office. This role is critical in driving integration for key M&A and partnership activities and involves regular interaction with the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and cross-functional leaders across the company.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead corporate-wide strategic initiatives within the CEO’s Project Management Office.
  • Collaborate with business leaders across various functions to deliver strategic initiatives, including:
  • Commercial Team: Go to market initiatives
  • Marketing: New product introductions & geographic strategies
  • Operations: Insourcing & footprint expansion
  • Finance: Business intelligence & tracking
  • IT: Software application launches
  • Serve as a cross-functional liaison to support and drive process design/redesign, project management, change management, and communications across the organization.
  • Participate in due diligence and integration efforts for company M&A activities.
  • Support the preparation for quarterly board meetings.


Continuously review business performance, propose new initiatives to maximize enterprise value, and ensure the Project Management Office focuses on high-impact initiatives.


Ideal Profile:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering or related field required; an MBA degree preferred.
  • 5+ years' experience in M&A, strategy, or finance team at a global multinational company. Experience in specialty chemical / plastic industry preferred.
  • Demonstrated business acumen and analytical skills.
  • Proven project management experience.
  • High proficiency in communication techniques across various forms and media.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with peers, cross-functional teams, and executive teams.
  • Expert level proficiency in Excel with significant experience in financial modeling (M&A, business case preparation, budgeting).
  • Highly proficient in PowerPoint communication, with experience and comfort creating high-quality documents for Board of Directors & Executive Teams on a regular basis.
