About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior UX Developer to spearhead the design and implementation of cutting-edge user experiences across our digital platforms. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for crafting innovative solutions that drive business impact and delight users.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop design solutions from early concept through final implementation and iteration, ensuring seamless user experiences.
  2. Define and socialize the vision for innovative new solutions, leveraging design-driven approaches to solve complex challenges.
  3. Lead cross-functional conceptual development, collaborating with design, product, and engineering counterparts to identify overlaps and efficiencies in design and product thinking.
  4. Proactively plan ahead, anticipate challenges, and effectively partner with stakeholders to plan/prioritize work, resolve issues, and remove roadblocks.
  5. Use data and customer insights to confidently defend design solutions with senior leaders, advocating for user-centered design decisions.
  6. Lead brainstorming and critique sessions that foster big thinking while raising the bar on the details, driving design solutions through systems-level design thinking.
  7. Develop high-level and/or detailed storyboards, mock-ups, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.

Requirements

  1. 10+ years of UX designer or interaction designer experience, with a proven track record of delivering design solutions for projects of large scope and complexity.
  2. Experience working with stakeholders to plan and execute programs that are strategic in nature, leveraging knowledge of best practices for information architecture and design.
  3. Experience acquiring user data, creating personas and journey maps, and designing customer-facing retail products.
