Senior Strategy Analyst

OneMain Financial is seeking a highly skilled Senior Strategy Analyst to join our Card Analytics team in Charlotte, NC or Wilmington, DE. This exciting opportunity will enable you to drive growth through affiliate partner channels by defining and optimizing marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement reporting, strategy implementation, and validation processes to drive business growth.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses, including customer segmentation, competitive analysis, sensitivity analysis, and modeling to inform business decisions.
- Design and execute targeting optimization using multiple data sources to maximize business outcomes.
- Utilize data query tools (SQL, SAS, Python) and analytical software to develop and test new strategies.
- Implement quality control processes to ensure data accuracy and enhance existing processes through automation and quality control.
- Effectively communicate results and insights to management through clear and concise presentations.
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline, such as Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Business Management, or Computer Science, with 3+ years of related experience.
- Strong SQL knowledge and experience with SAS are highly preferred.
- Excellent Excel/MS Office skills and 3+ years of experience in a complex, data-driven problem-solving environment are required.
- Lending or consumer finance industry experience is preferred.
