Who We Need?


We are seeking a Director of Client Services to manage a portfolio of MSP clients in the West/Midwest region. In this client-facing role, you will focus on driving high-quality staffing delivery, growing account revenue, and developing strategies to meet client SLAs.


Seeking candidates located in the Bay Area, or Seattle area for this role.


The ideal candidate will excel in a dynamic, fast-paced, and people-focused environment. We are looking for someone passionate about identifying new client opportunities and expanding the Aditi brand. This role demands creativity, energy, drive, strong organizational skills, and a positive attitude to collaborate effectively with the team and deliver innovative, revenue-generating solutions across Aditi’s service offerings.


Responsibilities:

  • Drive & execute revenue and Fill Ratio goals through effective management of account/pursuit plans, delivery strategy, internal collaboration strategies & account plan execution.
  • Overall responsibility for forecasting, budgeting, and managing revenue and P&L targets
  • Prospect, establish, lead, and grow MSP relationships with key client personnel & teams (Principal, Director, VP & C-Level) within the client account, focused on engineering & IT Services solutions.
  • Maintain regular communication (Update activity in CRM) with the Client Services team to monitor account progress & evolve account execution plan
  • Proactively manage client business priorities and escalations


Individuals in this role will be:

Responsible for management, staff development, and career enrichment for the Talent Engagement & Client Services teams.

  • Lead client calls and schedule regular client visits to develop multi-level relationships to expand and grow client advocates
  • Forecasting revenue for accounts within their group and delivering quarterly progress reports to the SVP, Client Services
  • Strategize different ways to enhance our employer brand by building diverse talent pipelines, attending events, generating referrals, and managing community outreach activities
  • Define and utilize metrics to create ongoing and ad-hoc recruitment reports to gauge progress, identify gaps, and continuously improve the talent acquisition function
  • Develop and monitor Balance Score Card measures that drive continuous improvement based on performance


Qualifications


Demonstrate strong leadership abilities including innate capacity for strategic thinking, creativity, intellectual curiosity, and a relentless drive for delivering success.


The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years’ experience in leading multiple delivery teams in staffing, talent acquisition or project managing within the recruitment industry.
  • MSP experience in program management/operations role managing enterprise clients or agency staffing experience managing teams on large accounts is preferred.
  • A clear and confident communicator - able to communicate effectively at all levels and functions both internally and externally.
  • Excellent collaboration and team-building skills
  • Experience managing a remote, globally distributed team in a fast-paced high-growth environment is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to travel to client locations, locally & nationally, for onsite meetings.
