The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of wireless technologies, demonstrate proficiency in field installations, and have a strong commitment to safety and quality standards. With a focus on ensuring optimal system performance and customer satisfaction, this position plays a pivotal role in our mission to deliver cutting-edge communication solutions.

Focus:
- Oversee the setup, activation, and upkeep of distributed antenna systems and related wireless technologies
- Conduct on-site troubleshooting and system optimization to ensure peak performance.
- Coordinate with project management and engineering teams to ensure project objectives are met.
- Provide technical training and guidance to team members, enhancing team expertise.
- Coordinate the organization and submission of project-related materials such as blueprints, execution summaries, and verification procedures.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Interface with clients, offering technical support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Oversee inventory management and procurement of tools and materials.
Skill Set:
- High school diploma or GED, supplemented by 3-5 years of relevant experience or training.
- Preferred qualifications include 3-5 years of experience in low voltage cable installation, certification from Anritsu, and expertise in fiber optic fusion splicing.
- Demonstrated ability in RF in-building systems, with 3+ years of practical experience.
- Leadership skills coupled with effective communication abilities to lead and coordinate team efforts.
- Proven expertise in radio frequency systems within buildings and comprehensive knowledge of various service network technologies.
- Valid driver's license with a reliable transportation method.
- OSHA 10-hour certification is mandatory; OSHA 30-hour certification is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Suite is essential.
