Sr. Sales Development Representative

Are you a resourceful, enterprising sales professional who loves to build relationships with current and potential clients? Are you energized by identifying and closing new business and maintaining contact post-sale to improve the customer experience and build revenue? Come join this fast-growing, collaborative team as their new Senior Sales Development Rep. In this role, you will qualify leads, prospect new clients, and nurture current relationships. You will meet with potential clients, conduct a needs analysis, help create their ads, and manage their needs and expectations. This is a full-time, permanent position based onsite in Jacksonville, FL.

Must Haves

  • Background selling at a digital marketing agency, media company, TV, or radio station
  • Experience selling digital media in a B2B consultative sales position, working directly with decision makers, conducting a needs analysis, and strategically aligning the client’s needs with product offerings
  • Ability to strategically generate own leads to proactively build a sales pipeline and achieve quota
  • Demonstrated history of achieving personal sales objectives
  • Proven capability to confidently and assertively approach prospects and gain their attention and trust
  • Excellent writing, organizational, and detail-oriented skills
  • Collaborative work style with a passion for the customer experience
  • High school diploma

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications
  • Any sales training or Google Ad certifications
