🔍Job Type: Onsite
⏳ Duration: Full-Time
Note: Candidates who are permanent residents or green card holders and have a book of business in the West Palm Beach, FL area will be eligible for this job role.
Market Leader will oversee sales activities and manage sales representatives within a defined market.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Hires and trains sales representatives in assigned markets.
- Organizes sales schedules of assigned staff.
- Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
- Handles discipline and termination of employees as needed and under company policy.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Sells the company's services in an assigned market.
- Monitors existing accounts and regularly communicates with primary contacts for the account.
- Works to establish new accounts in the assigned market.
- Works toward increasing sales growth in the assigned market at an established rate determined by the VP of Sales.
- Assists with the coordination of sales efforts for other markets and sales representatives.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Abilities:
- Ability to build and maintain business relationships with clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent management and leadership skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and complete work while traveling.
- Thorough knowledge of the assigned market and current and future clients.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Organized with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Five years of outside sales experience is required.
