Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Product Developer to join our team at our Pasadena headquarters. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing packaging products from the design stage to manufacturing and delivery. This role requires effective and clear communication with our China branch, where our developers handle communication with our suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop packaging products from initial design through to manufacturing and delivery.
- Communicate project details clearly and effectively to our China branch.
- Maintain project organization, ensuring all updates are orderly and accessible.
- Present project updates to the CEO and sales representatives.
- Ensure clear and detailed communication of all product-related updates to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with house accounts.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3+ years of product development experience (A MUST).
- Strong understanding of sample and production lead-times.
- Ability to read technical artwork and organize projects efficiently.
- Exceptional attention to detail and clear communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
