PRIMARY OBJECTIVES:

Assist the Customer Solutions team with member and/or vendor inquiries. Assist Business Development team with onboarding new members. Assist in increasing volume for existing and newly rostered members.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for completing various documents for Customer Solutions Team. Responsible for communicating with vendors and members regarding data inquiries. Prepares data for presentations for quarterly business reviews. Assists with new account rostering and supporting the Business Development Team through lead generations.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

·      Respond to day-to-day member/vendor issues.

   Responds to member, vendor requests. If vendor issue is related to contracts, then pass on request to

Sourcing Department.

·      Assists with the implementation/on-boarding of new members.

·      Produces QBR materials and ensures opportunities for “A” accounts are available for presentation. Completes task in Salesforce and emails information to VP Operations.

·      Responsible for Price Activations, PMDFs, GPO Designations, Exhibit D’s, DEAs, HINs, and tracking information in Salesforce.

o  Responsible for Premier onboarding process and following the price activation process.

o  Responsible for all requests for Exhibit D’s/DEAs/HINs per set procedures.

o  Responsible for price activations (1-offs; New Member Adds; and Multiple contracts) per set procedures.

·      Responsible for responses to vendor requests for additional information.

o  Responsible for vendor requests for PMDF, GPO Designation letter, account number per set procedures.

o  Responsible for vendor requests for Exhibit D’s, DEA’s, and HINs per set procedures.

·      Assist with secondary back-ups for Salesforce update, maintenance of list, reports, and groups (PA delete and load).

·      Assist with sending requests to distributors to link newly rostered accounts and added locations.

·      Responsible for new account rostering.

·      Responsible for assisting in the identification of new revenue opportunities identified through data analysis.

  Feed revenue opportunities identified through A/P analysis or Salesforce data to Sourcing, Operations, and

Marketing for verification and potential monthly target market campaigns.

·      Assist with supporting Business Development Team through lead generation and roster verification for drip campaigns (for prospect lists with contacts).

  Responsible for the roster check list for normalizing data and using the roster check tool.

  Responsible for manual lookups as needed.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.


WORK ENVIRONMENTS:

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, fax machines, smart boards, and Boxlight systems.


PHYSICIAL DEMANDS:

This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, bend or stand as necessary. Must be able to use and manipulate normal office tools, converse effectively via correspondence and orally (especially the telephone), sit for prolonged periods of time and to move about the facilities.
