Job Description

collaborates with Finance and Senior Partners to oversee all aspects of Revenue operations. Their primary responsibility is enhancing the effectiveness and quality of interactions between Partners and the Finance team, with a specific focus on Revenue-related matters. Additionally, they lead the Firm’s Senior Revenue Management Analysts, who consolidate and analyze the Firm’s practices to drive actionable insights for performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities:


Attorney Engagement:

  • Strengthen relationships between the Finance Team and Attorneys by showcasing the Finance team’s capabilities.
  • Implement change management and training initiatives related to Finance priorities, including Partner reporting enhancements through PowerBI dashboards and training Share Partners on matter management.
  • Serve as the primary Finance point of contact for Partners and clients, addressing complex issues requiring Finance coordination.


Finance Focus:

  • Cultivate relationships, credibility, and influence across the Finance team to effectively manage Partner requests.
  • Collaborate with Finance leadership based on Attorney feedback to enhance processes and offerings.
  • Collaborate with various teams (Pricing, Billing, Revenue Operations, eBilling) to improve overall output quality and effectiveness.
  • Train Finance team members in effective presentation and communication, emphasizing alignment with business objectives.
  • Drive revenue cycle improvements by adjusting key controls, metrics, or reporting as needed.


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience in Professional Services organizations.
  • Preferred experience in Big 4 Accounting firms, with additional expertise in leading FP&A or Investor Relations teams.
  • Strong understanding of the entire Revenue Cycle.
  • Proven ability to develop and lead teams.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to provide exceptional service and actively assist with requests.
  • Proficiency in project management and team leadership, managing reporting and analysis for multiple partners and clients.
  • Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.


Technologies/Software:

  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with SQL (beneficial).
  • Knowledge of general accounting software and databases, including an understanding of relational database concepts. Familiarity with PowerBI is advantageous.
