Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the management to establish, implement, and maintain the quality management system.
  • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) to identify issues, develop solutions, and implement corrective actions to enhance processes.
  • Support continual improvement initiatives, utilizing methodologies like 5S, Kaizen lean methods, and others to strengthen the quality system.
  • Train production operators to promote awareness of quality and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with engineering, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure adherence to approved customer specifications for new products.
  • Provide ongoing support to production operators to ensure compliance with quality and safety management system requirements.
  • Conduct audits, including closing out audit findings, preparing audit reports, and recommending corrective and preventive actions.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints, including supplier failures, and communicate corrective actions effectively; occasional customer site visits may be required.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee activities related to receiving and outgoing quality assurance and safety functions.
  • Manage supplier performance and conduct supplier audits to maintain quality standards.
  • Prepare Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) reports.
  • Develop quality reports for customers, such as the 8D report.
  • Lead and manage IATF/TS certification, including overseeing the Quality Management System (QMS).


Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Quality Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience in Automotive Manufacturing is required.
