Job Summary: We are looking for a driven and experienced Process Engineer to join our dynamic team. As an essential member of our engineering department, you will be vital in optimizing and improving chemical manufacturing processes to boost efficiency, safety, and sustainability.


Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and optimize existing manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, yield, and quality.

• Design and implement process improvements & modifications to enhance production capacity and reduce costs.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, & quality assurance, to develop new processes and products.

• Conduct experiments & pilot tests to validate process changes and new technologies.

• Monitor process performance using statistical process control & data analysis tools; prepare and present findings to management.

• Develop and maintain process documentation, including process flow diagrams, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and safety protocols.

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, & environmental policies.

• Provide technical support and training to production staff on new processes and technologies.

• Troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime.

• Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.


Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering

• 3+ years of experience in process engineering within the chemical manufacturing industry.

• Strong knowledge of chemical processes, process design, and optimization techniques.

• Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen Plus, HYSYS) and data analysis tools.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly.

• Familiarity with safety regulations and environmental standards in the chemical industry
