Job Title: Chemical Process Engineer

Job Summary:

The Chemical Process Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our chemical production processes. This will involve leading safety management initiatives, conducting process hazard analyses, and implementing lean manufacturing principles to improve productivity and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead safety management initiatives to ensure a safe working environment
  • Conduct process hazard analyses to identify and mitigate potential risks
  • Implement lean manufacturing principles to improve productivity and quality
  • Develop and implement standard work practices to enhance efficiency
  • Manage engineering projects to improve process efficiency and quality
  • Mentor less experienced peers to develop their skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • 4-year degree in engineering
  • 4+ years of experience in chemical process engineering
  • Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and safety management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
