I am looking to fill an Executive Sales Representative position in our Southern California territory. An ideal candidate will have GI/Bariatric/Hepatology/Weight Loss experience, and/or experience working with specialty pharmacies. Any combination of the previously listed experience is a plus.


Must Have Pharmaceutical Sales Experience

Sales Representative will:

·       Sell physicians and other health care professionals about current products, providing the most current information about the approved indications.

·       Achieve individual sales goals.

·       Utilize all available resources to sell HCP and staff on products.

·       Collaborate with office staff to pull through products. (I.E., office to pharmacy).

·       Prepare a business plan and territory plan for the territory.

·       Establish and maintain strong relationships with physicians and other health care professionals identified in business plans.

·       Ensure sales activities are consistent with and enhance Forte Bio-Pharma’s ethical pharmaceutical marketing policies and procedures.

·       Comply with all legal/regulatory guidelines of the FDA, the Prescription Drug Marketing Act, and all other applicable federal and state regulations.

·       Perform all activities within allocated budget.


Qualifications

·       Four-year college/university degree

·       Must have a minimum of five years of pharmaceutical sales experience.

·       Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

·       At least two years of specialist sales experience is preferred. Calling on GI/Bariatric/Hepatology/Weight Loss physicians.

·       Current relationships with GI/Bariatric/Hepatology/Weight Loss/physicians is preferred.

·       Strong knowledge of product(s); competitor product(s); and applicable disease states desired.

·       Strong understanding of payer landscape, and the ability to discuss managed care criteria for a high value retail product desired.

·       Experience in the planning and execution of launch and push and pull through strategies of new products in a live and/or virtual setting.

·       Demonstrated ability to influence health care professionals in both live and virtual settings

·       Excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and strong planning and organizational skills are required.

·       Self-motivation and entrepreneurship thought process.
