Product Marketing Manager of Soccer Games

The position of Product Marketing Manager of Soccer Games is responsible for developing and executing effective promotional planning and strategies to increase new users and achieve marketing objectives for eFootball titles.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute promotional plans aligned with overall marketing goals.
  • Identify target audiences and develop tailored promotional messages.
  • Select appropriate promotional channels (ex. advertising, public relations, social media, events) based on target audience and objectives.
  • Track promotional budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.


Manage Promotional Campaigns:

  • Oversee the development and production of promotional materials (ex. advertisements, digital content).
  • Coordinate with internal teams (ex. Legal, PR, Sales, etc.) to ensure timely and effective execution of promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize results.

Measure and Analyze Promotional Effectiveness:

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as brand awareness, market share, and return on investment (ROI).
  • Analyze campaign data to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare reports on promotional activities and results for next campaign/projects.

Stay Up to Date with Industry Trends: Soccer Game

  • Knowledge of Soccer Game and Trends (ex. EAFC, eFootball, players, clubs)
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of the soccer market of Brazil, Mexico, USA territory.


Collaborate with Other Teams:

  • Work closely with the Development team in HQ to develop joint promotional initiatives for eFootball titles.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication.


Qualifications:

  • Experience in marketing, with a focus on promotions in the gaming industry.
  • Strong understanding of marketing trends and able to try new challenges. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with digital marketing and social media platforms.


Additional Skills (Preferred):

  • Language: English and Spanish, Portuguese is a plus.
  • Experience on Influencer Marketing
  • Experience in working at Japanese company
